Your Tasks
- Professional and organizational management of the gerontopsychiatric ward
- Control and further development of nursing processes
- Personnel management, duty scheduling, and team development
- Ensuring high nursing quality and implementation of applicable standards
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors (m/f/d), therapists (m/f/d), and other professional groups
Your Profile
- Completed training in health and nursing care or elderly care
- Further training as ward manager or head of a nursing unit or completed nursing management studies desirable but not a disqualifying criterion
- Professional experience in psychiatry or gerontopsychiatry desirable
- Leadership skills, strong communication, and organizational talent
- Empathy, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
