Job Description
Whether in direct guest contact, coordination, or communication with other departments – your daily routine is versatile and lively.
• You personally and warmly welcome our guests – ensuring they feel comfortable from the very first moment
• You fulfill wishes, answer questions, create solutions – even when they are outside the usual
• You advise our guests with sensitivity and provide individual recommendations – whether for hikes, restaurant visits, or special experiences
• You actively sell rooms and keep our booking system Casablanca always up to date
• You handle guest correspondence and ensure a smooth process before, during, and after the stay
• You coordinate internal processes via Microsoft Teams with housekeeping, porters, service, and kitchen
• You keep an overview even during spontaneous changes or demanding situations
• You take responsibility for the cash register and work precisely and reliably
Qualifications
Hospitality is in your blood – organization, communication, and warmth as well.
• You have experience at the reception, ideally in upscale hospitality
• You speak fluent German and English – French is a plus and can be deepened with us
• You work structured, independently, and solution-oriented
• You have a good sense for people and situations
• You remain calm and composed even in intense moments
• You are open to digital tools and enjoy learning new systems
• You are willing to work early, middle, and late shifts – including weekends and holidays
• And above all: You don’t just want to serve – but to be a true host
