Job Description

As part of Nexthink’s AI and automation strategy, this role will drive one of the company’s most visible and transformative initiatives.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for our next-generation AI-powered IT support solution. You’ll build products that go beyond traditional ticketing — bringing proactive diagnostics, autonomous resolution, and truly intelligent assistance to employees.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of Nexthink’s AI transformation — ideal for an entrepreneurial, structured, and driven product leader ready to shape the future of intelligent IT support.

What You’ll Do

Define and deliver an AI product that revolutionizes how IT teams support employees.

Collaborate with enterprise customers to uncover employees’ needs and pain points.

Partner closely with engineering, design, and data science to deliver scalable, reliable, and employee-centric AI capabilities.

Set, track, and optimize success metrics such as first-call resolution, time-to-resolution, and employee satisfaction.

Stay ahead of AI and IT operations trends to keep Nexthink best-in-class.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager in the enterprise SaaS space.

Proven experience delivering complex, high-impact products at enterprise scale, balancing technical depth, usability, and reliability.

Strong ability to structure ambiguity — focusing ideas into clear, impactful product priorities.

Comfortable operating in high-visibility environments where execution speed and quality both matter.

Excellent structure and rigor in driving product strategy and cross-functional alignment.

Outstanding communication and collaboration skills in a global, fast-paced environment.

An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to go the extra mile to deliver breakthrough outcomes.

A passion for re-imagining how IT support is delivered — intelligent, autonomous, and employee-centric.
