To strengthen the technical customer service for the regions of Mittelland and Western Switzerland, we are looking for you as a service technician for automation solutions.
Your responsibility:You commission automation systems on site at the customer and integrate them into the production process. In doing so, you combine technology- and manufacturer-spanning systems and successfully carry out complex projects. In addition, you are responsible for the following tasks:
- Consulting and training of employees at the customer
- Repairs of automation systems
- Conversions and revisions of automation systems
- Deployments at renowned trade fairs
You have completed basic training as an electronics technician, automation technician or mechatronics technician. In addition, you have very good knowledge in dealing with IT and networks. You already have experience with automation solutions and robot integration and are familiar with the serial protocols EIA RS 232/422/485 as well as the common safety standards in the machine industry. You are characterized by pronounced analytical skills as well as quick and networked thinking. You are reliable and always strive to find the best solution for the customer. Additionally, you bring the following:
- A doer type, with the will to build and further develop something
- Leadership qualities to take over a service team in the medium term
- Willingness to travel, mainly in Switzerland, occasionally in Europe
- Fluent in German and French
