To complete our creative and dynamic team in Lausanne, we are seeking a 

Marketing Intern (6-Month Internship)
Starting date: January 2026 (flexible)

Your role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our marketing team for a 6-month internship, starting as soon as possible (with flexibility depending on the candidate’s availability).

This role focuses on CRM management, digital marketing, and operational support — helping streamline marketing activities and enable better decision-making. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Operations team to keep our CRM and campaigns running smoothly, ensuring clean data, effective communication, and efficient execution.

What you will own: 

Marketing CRM Support & Data Management

• Maintain and update the CRM database (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure clean, accurate, and organized data.
• Regularly review and clean lead, contact, and account records (including deduplication) and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with campaign list building, segmentation, and reporting.

Digital Marketing Support

• Create and manage emails, forms, and links within Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement new scoring systems and optimize campaign performance.
• Contribute to content selection and preparation for various campaigns.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Marketing Administration & Coordination

• Update internal documentation such as content calendars and shared folders.
• Schedule and help organize internal/external meetings, webinars, and marketing events.
• Prepare presentations, meeting summaries, and marketing reports.
• Manage small procurement tasks (e.g., ordering swag or event materials).
• Provide administrative and coordination support across the marketing team.

Your profile:

You are / You have:

• • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce and Account Engagement / Pardot).
  • A good understanding of digital tools (CMS, Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe, or equivalents).
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills.
  • A team-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused approach.
  • Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to stay motivated - even during repetitive tasks.
  • Fluency in English (French and/or German is a plus).
