Job description
- Provide and guarantee individualized care to the resident, taking into account their physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Perform medical-technical acts prescribed by doctors and/or delegated by a nurse and within the scope of the function.
- Collaborate with nursing assistants in carrying out their tasks.
- Participate in team life and its organization.
Required profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as assistant in care and community health in dual training or 3-year school.
- 3 years of experience in an ASSC role in a nursing home.
- Cantonal practice license.
- Strong interest in the elderly care environment.
- Ability to support people with cognitive disorders.
- Very good oral and written knowledge of the French language.
- Knowledge and mastery of the SADIES-DIR software and basic IT tools desired.
