About the job
What to expect
- You are the first point of contact for customers in application operations and are responsible for support, maintenance, and application life cycle management
- You actively improve: DevOps approaches, clean processes, and pragmatic solutions instead of theory
- You know your applications both technically and functionally and keep your know-how up to date
- You coordinate confidently between customers, suppliers, and internal IT and ensure that agreed SLAs are met
- You bring drive to the product team and actively shape its further development
What you bring
- Completed computer science education and at least three years of experience as an application manager in software development or maintenance
- Experience in project environments; you know Scrum from practice
- Familiarity with ITIL as well as incident, problem, and change management
- Experience with customer reports, KPIs, and transparent communication with stakeholders
- You communicate clearly, make decisions, take responsibility, and work independently in a team
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
