The municipal information desk for care and support advises and supports residents of all ages in the area of care and support. With the contact and advisory center, the assessment center for aids and care services of AHV supplementary benefits, care financing, and care provision, it covers diverse and exciting areas of responsibility.
To complement our team, we are looking for a
Your main areas of responsibility include
- Care financing: accounting processing
- Contact and triage point for clients and third parties
- Support in applying for social insurance claims
- Advisory activities, depending on educational background, from simple information provision to complex case support
- Integrated care: meetings and coordination, conceptual collaboration, depending on training profile leadership or management of subprojects (subproject management)
What you bring
- Commercial diploma EFZ and several years of professional experience in social services, social insurance, healthcare and/or a completed higher professional education in the health or social sector
- Good IT user skills (e.g., MS Office), numerical flair, and proficiency in written expression
- Service-oriented working style
- Knowledge of social insurance law
- High social competence, organizational skills, and communication abilities
- Quick comprehension
- Independent, responsible, and team-oriented working style
