Your tasks:
In this newly created position, you will work as a Junior Specialist in Processes and Systems in the Finance and Controlling department, maintaining good relations with various stakeholders, understanding their needs, and contributing to future-proof solutions. The most important aspects of your tasks at a glance:
- Exclusive operational project management of smaller digitization and optimization projects (CTB)
- Possibly also taking on co-leadership of larger projects together with the team leader
- Business Requirements Engineering for new projects
- Implementation of new requirements in the BI solution Board as PowerUser/Developer
- Communication with the universities, specialist departments, and Corporate IT
- Planning and conducting tests for the implemented solutions
- Documentation of projects and processes
- Support in Run the Business (RTB)
- First point of contact for coordination between the FICO specialist department and Corporate IT
Your profile:
In addition to a university of applied sciences degree in business administration with further training or experience in IT, or a university of applied sciences degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, or computer science with further training or experience in finance, you bring the following:
- Experience with processes related to finance and controlling. Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage:
· Digital payment transactions
· Electronic workflows
· Structures and authorizations - Experience with SAP R/3 or possibly already with S4 Hana (advantageous)
- Experience with a low-code solution in the BI area (Board, PowerBI, QlickView, etc.) (advantageous)
- Initial experience with databases (preferably MS SQL), as well as basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript or Shell) (advantageous)
- Motivation to familiarize yourself with complex processes and optimize them
- Structured and independent working style combined with good communication skills
- Openness, flexibility, and interest in implementing projects together as a team
