Laboratory Specialist Bio-/Chemical Quality Control

Technische Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Teilnahme an der Organisation des biochemischen und chemischen QC-Labors, das für die Prüfung von Endprodukten, Prozessproben, Rohstoffen, Hilfsstoffen, Proben aus der Reinigungsvalidierung und Umweltüberwachungsproben verantwortlich ist.

• Professionelle und termingerechte Durchführung von Analysen und Wartungsaufgaben für die BCQC Laborgeräte.

• Professionelle und termingerechte Erstellung und Überarbeitung von WIs und anderen Dokumenten.

• Rechtzeitige Bestellung und Vorbereitung der erforderlichen Labormaterialien (Standards, Kontrollen, Chemikalien, Lösungen und Verbrauchsmaterialien).

• Mitarbeit bei der Lösung chemischer und biochemischer Probleme und/oder Fragen (Qualitätsprobleme, behördliche Anfragen, etc.).

• Dokumentation aller Laboraktivitäten einschließlich Fehlern und Abweichungen in Laborprotokollen, Formularen und Logbüchern gemäß GDP-Richtlinien.

• Unterstützung der Laborangestellten bei der Fehlersuche.

• Effiziente Kommunikation: Rechtzeitige Information des BCQC-Leiters über laufende Geschäftstätigkeiten, Abweichungen und Probleme im Team.

• Sicherstellen, dass Kollegen, Vorgesetzte und Kunden stets die erforderlichen Informationen haben.

Qualifikationen :

Ausbildung:

• Diplom als Labortechniker mit Schwerpunkt Chemie, Biochemie, Pharmazie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

Erfahrung & Kompetenzen:

Erfahrung:

• 5 Jahre Erfahrung in chemischen und biochemischen Laboren.

• Erfahrung in einem regulierten GMP-Umfeld.

Technical Responsibilities

• Participating in organization of the Biochemical and Chemical QC laboratory responsible testing of final product, in process samples, raw materials, excipients, samples from cleaning validation and environmental monitoring samples.
• Professional and on time performing of analysis and plant maintenance tasks for BCQC laboratory equipment.
• Professional and on time creation and revision of WIs and other related documents.
• On time ordering and preparation of required laboratory materials (standards, controls, chemicals, solutions, and consumables).
• Collaboration in the solution of chemical and biochemical problematic and/or questions (quality problems, government, inquiries, etc.).
• Documentation of all laboratory activities including errors and deviations on lab protocols, forms, and logbooks according to GDP guidelines.
• Supporting of laboratory employee during troubleshooting activities.
• Efficient communication: Informing the BCQC head in a timely manner regarding ongoing business activities, deviations, and problems within the team.
• Ensures that colleagues, supervisor, and customer have always the required information.

Position Qualification

Education:

• Diploma as laboratory technician - chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical, or similar direction or similar education.

Experience & Competencies:

• 5 years experience in chemical and biochemical laboratories including experience in a regulated GMP environment.
