Polymechanic – CNC Milling Machine Operator

Activities

Independent programming, setup, and operation of the 5-axis CNC milling machine - Fanuc/Heidenhain control
Programming, setup, and loading of workpiece loading robots
Optimization and further development of manufacturing processes for more efficiency
Conducting quality controls and implementing measures for process optimization
Creation, filing, and management of all necessary programs, manufacturing documents, and measurement protocols

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic
Several years of experience in CNC milling with Fanuc, Heidenhain
Networked thinking and independent, precise working style
High quality awareness
Experience with CAM systems is an advantage, Solid Cam
