Your tasks

Planning, control, and monitoring of tours and orders

Coordination of employees, vehicles, and/or resources

Ensuring smooth daily operations while meeting deadlines, quality, and cost-effectiveness

Contact person for customers, employees, and internal interfaces

Handling of short-term changes, disruptions, and special cases

Maintenance of disposition and order data in the dispatch tool

Participation in the optimization of processes and workflows

Your profile

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with experience in dispatching

Professional experience in deployment, tour, or resource planning is an advantage

High organizational skills and pronounced coordination ability

Resilience, decisiveness, and solution-oriented working style

Strong communication skills as well as customer- and service-oriented thinking

Confident handling of MS Office

Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
