Patient Flow Coordinator Nurse

Your mission:
- Coordinate the main activities to assign a bed to the hospitalized patient
- Guide the patient to the service corresponding to their optimal care
- Be a vector of transversal information facilitating the patient's journey
- Master the specifics of the different flows: elective; emergency; rehabilitation
- Be a partner of the liaison service throughout the patient's journey
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders involved in the management and regulation of patient flow
- Provide a customer-oriented and solution-focused service to intra and extra-hospital partners
Your profile:
- Nursing diploma
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an acute care setting
- Knowledge of the Fribourg hospital network is an asset
- Proficiency in common IT tools
- Fluency in French with knowledge of German
- Developed skills in communication, stress management, and prioritization
- Synthetic, dynamic, methodical mindset
- Flexibility, adaptability, and autonomy
- Precise and rigorous organization
