Job Description
Position and Responsibilities
Main Activities at the Hangar Facilities:
• Welcoming and taking care of customers, suppliers and other visitors
• Concierge service
• Providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
• Organization of hotel accommodation and car rental for customers including invoice verification
• Taking care of customer offices (planning, organizing cleaning staff, looking for the buffet with fruits and sweeties)
• Administrative organization of aircraft arrival and departure, flightops
• Operating the switchboard
• Management and supervision of lunch meetings (ordering, serve, clear away, etc.)
• Administration and organization of meeting rooms (reservations, cleanliness etc.)
• General administrative tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Several years of administrative experience
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written), german would be an advantage
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Open, communicative, flexible and service-oriented personality
• Representative appearance and discretion
• Experience in aviation environment would be an advantage
