Business Development Manager – Eti-Tech Virtual Assets Service Provider

Eti-Tech is a regulated Virtual Assets Service Provider, operating under a membership with the SRO – VQF. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Swiss Fintech sector, working closely with:

• Crypto mining facilities

• Crypto assets trading

• Tokenisation

Algorithmic trading experience in crypto is considered an advantage.

Proven background in tech startups; founding your own company is a significant plus.

Experience establishing KYC processes, with a strong understanding of AML requirements and basic risk management (certification needed).

Demonstrated ability in B2C, B2B, and B2G communications.

Established media relations experience within the fintech industry, including:

Media risk management expertise

Experience with investor communications and UHNWI engagement

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams. Basic programming level required in:

Java

CSS

HTML

Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills is essential.

Excellence using Figma and Adobe tools

Academic qualifications:

Degree with a specialisation related to digital business sustainability

Master’s degree in Business Management or Administration

Degree in Media Management/Media Relations

Certification in AI for Design or Marketing is an advantage.

Multilingual proficiency:

Fluent in English, French, and Russian

Basic German (A2 level minimum)

Demonstrated experience working with Asia, DACH, and EMEA regions.

Strong understanding and sensitivity to cultural differences across European, Asian, and Middle Eastern countries.

Age requirement: 25–29 years.

Experience in Wealth Management and/or Venture Capital is highly regarded.

Excellent knowledge of the Swiss market and demographics, ideally with:

More than 10 years’ residency in Switzerland

Professional experience in both Romandie and German-speaking regions.
