Medical Practice Assistant Emergency Practice/Fast Track

We are looking to complement the existing MPA team with a very experienced

Medical Practice Assistant Emergency Practice/Fast Track

You will take on

• Assistance and support in the treatment of patients in the Fast Track and Emergency Practice areas in collaboration with the doctors or the on-duty general practitioners
• Appointment coordination in the Fast Track area/Emergency Practice
• Patient admissions in SAP
• Support and assistance to doctors in the treatment of patients
• Performing laboratory analyses, ECGs, wound care, applying splints and bandages, infusion therapies, etc.
• Documentation of services provided in the clinical information system KISIM
• Service recording (Ibicare)
• Various organisational and administrative tasks

You bring with you

• You have completed vocational training as an MPA and bring solid several years of practical experience from various specialist areas
• You are accustomed to working with a PC and have already become familiar with SAP, KISIM or similar clinical information systems
• You are flexible regarding duty planning and enjoy working in a lively environment. We especially address colleagues who would like and are able to work at weekends.
• Independent, efficient and precise work is a matter of course for you

You will have a lot of personal responsibility, a broad range of tasks and work closely with the colleagues of the emergency department. This is in a lively environment, optionally with parking, a bus stop right outside the door, a company-owned nursery and a good staff restaurant.
Our MPA team works both in the Fast Track area and in the Emergency Practice.
The working hours are:

• Emergency Practice: Monday to Friday from 19:00 to 22:00 and on weekends/public holidays from 08:00 to 22:00
• Fast Track area: Monday to Friday 09:30 to 18:00
