Facilities Operative (m/f/d)

As a Facilities Operative, you are the first point of contact for all technical concerns at the company site we manage. You ensure smooth building operations and resolve technical issues quickly and reliably.

What to expect:

• Carrying out maintenance and repair work in the areas of electrical, sanitary, carpentry, and painting

• Quick response to fault reports and professional handling of maintenance requests

• Regular safety inspections and preventive maintenance of building technology, air conditioning, and technical equipment

• Installation and repair of lighting, sanitary fittings, door hardware, locking systems, and office furniture

• Independent fault diagnosis of technical problems and coordination with specialist companies for more complex repairs

• Complete documentation of all work and material consumption in digital maintenance systems.

What convinces us:

• Completed vocational training in a craft or several years of professional experience in facility management

• Solid knowledge in at least three craft trades.

• Independent, service-oriented working style and pronounced technical understanding.

• Physical resilience and flexibility in working hours as well as occasional on-call duties

• Driver's license class B

• Basic knowledge of digital systems and MS Office is an advantage.
