Your role with us
- You are an IT all-rounder who enjoys covering the entire spectrum of operational IT in system technology
- You lead operational projects, clarify requirements, test systems, and accompany the implementation until acceptance
- You support our IT landscape with the team, which consists of on-prem DC (Vmware), cloud services, the MS365 suite as well as Cisco/Paloalto network and active monitoring
- You monitor operations, intervene in case of disruptions, and take over 2nd & 3rd level support
- You recognize problems early, assess them correctly, and find sustainable solutions
This convinces us
- Degree in computer science (EFZ/HF/FH/BSc) or comparable qualification
- Experience in IT operations, operational project management, requirements engineering, ITIL certification
- Solid knowledge in IT operations, hardware & infrastructure, operating systems & platforms, network & communication, IT security, cloud & hybrid environments, operations, monitoring & support, planning & projects
- New technologies and new challenges motivate you and confirm you in your work
- You remain curious, think along, get involved, and enjoy continuously developing yourself
