To complement our team in Kloten we are looking for a
Purchaser
Your tasks:
- Optimization of the purchasing process with the aim of sustainably reducing inefficient workflows and waste
- Development of training materials as well as conducting training sessions for the organization on the purchasing process
- Negotiation of framework agreements and analysis of purchasing centralization potentials
- Active collaboration with the central purchasing department in Sweden
- Calculation of purchasing projects
- Updating the intranet platform and maintaining our dealer system
- Creation of statistics and reports
- Reporting line to the CFO
You bring with you:
- Training as a purchasing specialist with a federal diploma or technical basic training in the commercial vehicle industry with commercial experience
- Solid business management knowledge
- Experience in inventory management and project management
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Negotiation-level communication in French is an advantage
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs
- Strong team and communication skills
- Experience in conducting results-oriented negotiations
- Independent, analytical, and precise working style
- Initiative as well as a healthy assertiveness
