To complement our team in Kloten we are looking for a

Purchaser

Your tasks:

• Optimization of the purchasing process with the aim of sustainably reducing inefficient workflows and waste
• Development of training materials as well as conducting training sessions for the organization on the purchasing process
• Negotiation of framework agreements and analysis of purchasing centralization potentials
• Active collaboration with the central purchasing department in Sweden
• Calculation of purchasing projects
• Updating the intranet platform and maintaining our dealer system
• Creation of statistics and reports
• Reporting line to the CFO

You bring with you:

• Training as a purchasing specialist with a federal diploma or technical basic training in the commercial vehicle industry with commercial experience
• Solid business management knowledge
• Experience in inventory management and project management
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Negotiation-level communication in French is an advantage 
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs
• Strong team and communication skills
• Experience in conducting results-oriented negotiations
• Independent, analytical, and precise working style
• Initiative as well as a healthy assertiveness
