We are looking for a part-time sales assistant (m/f) to strengthen our team at our branch in Lachen, Switzerland. This position offers a flexible schedule of 40-60% of full-time hours. As a Sales Assistant, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales efforts.

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide customers with product information and recommendations
• Process sales transactions and handle cash carefully
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Restock inventory and create attractive product displays
• Work with team members to achieve sales goals
• Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Participate in promotions and special events
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, courteous demeanor
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
