Your profile:
- You have a completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering, or a related field
- Ideally, initial practical experience in maintenance, preferably in an industrial environment
- High affinity for technology and interest in new technologies
- Analytical thinking skills as well as a strategic and solution-oriented way of working
- You bring communication skills, approach things proactively, and prefer to achieve your goals together in a team
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Your area of responsibility:
- You plan, coordinate, and implement projects in the field of maintenance and sustainable plant development
- You analyze and optimize existing maintenance processes to ensure plant availability and coach colleagues in practice
- Introduction of digital tools – from digital twins to mobile maintenance solutions
- Development of predictive maintenance concepts using AI, IIoT data, and modern algorithms
- You accompany new installations and commissioning including FMEA analyses
- Conducting thorough root cause analyses in case of malfunctions
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, external partners, and service providers
