Your Tasks
Professional Responsibility
- Management and inclusive further development of the soap division
- Planning, organization, and coordination of production processes
- Independent and structured work guidance of 4–8 employees with IV pension
- Quality control as well as participation in product development and design
- Contributing to the visibility of the products (e.g., social media, markets)
Educational Responsibility
- Support and promotion of people with mental disabilities in everyday work
- Key contact person for around 12 employees: status assessments, support planning, and implementation
- Case management in cooperation with internal and external specialist offices
- Documentation according to cantonal requirements
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
Your Profile
- Completed training as a care specialist EFZ, social pedagogue HF/FH, or work pedagogue
- Craft or technical interest and/or prior training or professional experience in the production area
- Ideally professional experience in supporting people with mental disabilities
- Resilient, empathetic, and structured personality with high social competence and strong quality awareness
- Experience with disability insurance measures is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, interest or experience in social media
- Very good written communication skills for reports and documentation
