- Conducting and evaluating surveys on procurement compatibility – including compliance with national and international regulations (e.g., LkSG, VSoTr, NTA, EUDR, CSRD, CSDDD)
- Ensuring strict legal compliance at the group level in the context of ESG-related procurement activities
- Leading global projects and working closely with cross-departmental teams (e.g., legal, sustainability, risk management) to proactively identify and minimize ESG-related risks in the supply chain
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in sustainability management, supply chain management, business administration, environmental sciences, law, or a related field
- Bring at least 5 years of professional experience in procurement, sustainability, compliance, or a related area – ideally with proven experience in implementing or supporting ESG initiatives

- Are proficient in handling sustainability data and platforms as well as procurement tools such as Prewave, EcoVadis, or SAP
- Have excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills in an international and cross-functional environment
- Have strong analytical skills and can translate regulatory texts into clear action instructions for procurement

- The security of working for an international, family-run company that plans for the long term
- A wide range of training and development opportunities – both formal and peer-to-peer – to support your professional growth
- Flexible working hours to support your work-life balance and personal commitments
- An excellent pension package that underscores our commitment to your future
