Your Challenge:

• In this demanding and varied role, you support the department manager in planning and organizing the production of diverse fresh meat products and assist with the deployment planning of more than 40 employees.
• You lead by example and motivate the employees to master the daily challenges as a team.
• You actively participate in production and assist with daily operations.
• You monitor inventory disposition and goods flow and manage daily work processes based on the production plan.
• You control the quality and production of raw materials and independently conduct safety checks (PPE) in the assigned area.

Your Profile:

• You have completed vocational training as a certified meat specialist (EFZ) and have already gained experience in industrial food production, preferably in a leadership role.
• Good PC skills in MS Office and CSB are an advantage.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You work independently and in a structured manner and have a confident demeanor.
