In this role, you take responsibility for ensuring that our existing customers remain enthusiastic, their projects run successfully, and grow together with us.
WHAT YOU DO
- You have overall responsibility for your customers' satisfaction and ensure they feel well taken care of with us
- You recognize market and customer needs, prepare them, and get projects rolling
- You keep an eye on the numbers – controlling and reporting are part of your responsibilities
- You actively shape our services by capturing customer wishes and developing new project ideas
- You work closely with sales (for cross- and upselling potentials) as well as marketing (for campaigns and trade fairs) – and act as a link between customer and IT
- You take over project portfolio management and keep all threads in hand
- You strengthen sustainable customer loyalty and build trusting relationships
- If things get tough, you are the first contact person for problems and escalations
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Initial experience in the IT/software environment: You bring professional experience in customer success, account management, or project management – ideally in the context of ERP software solutions or in the retail environment
- Technical basic understanding: You don't have to be a developer, but you understand the language of IT and can translate requirements between customer and tech team
- Communication skills: You explain complex technical issues or customer processes in the retail environment so that customers and colleagues understand them – building trust this way
- Organizational talent: You manage several software/IT projects simultaneously, keep deadlines in view, and prioritize efficiently
- Analytical thinking: You have a feel for KPIs in software operations and use data for decisions
- Interface competence: You feel comfortable at the interface between customer, development department, helpdesk, sales, and marketing and act as a "translator" between business and technology
- Solution orientation: Even in problem situations, you remain calm, look for pragmatic solutions, and build trust
- Hands-on mentality: You get involved, help shape, and actively develop our services further
