We are recruiting to strengthen our team in the Operations - Payment Traffic service at the Colombier site (municipality of Milvignes) for the position of:
Operations Employee 80-100%
Your main tasks
- Process incoming and outgoing flows related to payment traffic.
- Analyze and process blocked orders.
- Control the application of regulatory requirements related to payments; filtering, anti-fraud analysis.
- Create QR-bill contracts and ensure follow-up.
- Various administrative tasks (standing orders, LSV, SDD, investigations, etc.)
- Assist employees responsible for advising clients.
- Participate in various IT tool testing projects related to the domain's activities.
Your profile
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC in the banking field.
- Confirmed first experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of operational risks.
Your professional skills
- Knowledge of German and English is an asset.
- Ease with all types of IT tools.
- Skills in the banking sector, especially in payment traffic.
Your personal qualities
- Strong team spirit.
- Ability to assimilate new elements (activities, tasks, work processes).
- Stress resistance in a production environment.
