- Communicate effectively in English and ideally German, Dutch a plus.

* Support with heart and overview in the entire P&C support area focusing on our teams in the UK, IE, and NL: with onboarding and offboarding, contract creation, and preparatory payroll

* Already bring good experience from a comparable position in classic HR work in the hotel industry and are ready for the next step
* Have gained initial knowledge in labor, collective bargaining, social, and payroll tax law of the respective countries
* Are a true organizational talent and proactively and empathetically take care of the concerns in your support area
* Have a warm and friendly charisma and your communication skills make you shine in every interaction
* Are enthusiastic, full of energy, passionate about taking things into your own hands, and convince with a high degree of initiative
* Love to take new paths, question the status quo, and always act solution-oriented and reliably
* Not only have a big heart for people but are perceived and appreciated as a trustworthy person
* Speak fluent English according to your support area, good German - additional languages, especially Dutch, would be a plus 😉
