Employee Appointment Scheduling 60-80% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:With your organizational talent, you ensure that our workshop is optimally utilized. You coordinate appointments service-oriented, support our customers by phone and email, and ensure smooth processes behind the scenes. You also prepare orders for our service advisors and reliably maintain our master data.
- You are the contact person for our customers regarding appointment scheduling and service concerns and ensure that all matters are handled professionally
- You coordinate and monitor appointments with foresight and ensure that the process runs smoothly
- You confidently respond to customer inquiries via various channels, contributing to a positive customer experience
- You assist with satisfaction surveys, simple billing, and administrative tasks and keep daily operations efficient
- You keep our master data up to date and structured, ensuring a reliable information base in the back office
- You enjoy communicating – just as confident on the phone as by email, always friendly, clear, and professional
- With your positive attitude, you build trust and meet customers at eye level
- Organization is your strength: you always have appointments, pending tasks, and data under control
- You work in a structured, precise, and reliable manner – quality is a given for you
- You use digital tools routinely and confidently – new programs don’t scare you
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage and helps you quickly understand our processes
