Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing for Large Client!
Tasks
- Planning and preparing the machining orders received from the supervisor
- Documentation of machining orders
- Independent creation of CNC programs on Siemens Sinumerik, Fanuc and Solidcam controls
- Setting up CNC machines in the turning department
- CNC turning up to 5 axes
- Supervision and monitoring of the assigned operating personnel
- Independent quality control
- Ensuring deadlines
- Proper machine maintenance
Requirements
- Training as a toolmaker, mechanic, polymechanic or equivalent
- Experience in programming CNC machines
- Computer user skills
- You are goal-oriented, practical, precise, responsible and a team player
