Job Description
In ongoing projects as well as in daily operations, you support project management and product management.
Step by step, you take on more responsibility and later lead your own projects in product management.
For internal coordination and management updates, you prepare presentations and decision templates.
You independently carry out calculations as well as market and competitor analyses and also support product training.
You actively contribute to the development of product strategies and future product roadmaps for Metal & Wood Drilling as well as Screw Driving & Sets (Bosch Expert & Diablo as global brands).
In addition, you are responsible for product lifecycle management, review the overall portfolio, and adapt marketing content for online and offline platforms.
Qualifications
Education:
Successfully completed bachelor's degree (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable) and the concrete intention to pursue a master's degree in Switzerland.
Experience and know-how:
Initial experience in product management, project management, or marketing is an advantage. Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as a pronounced analytical mindset.
Personality and working style:
High self-responsibility, initiative, as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style. Strong persuasiveness, confident appearance, entrepreneurial spirit, and high customer orientation.
Interests:
Enjoyment of numbers as well as market and competitor analyses.
Interest in teamwork, joint development, and joint solution development.
Openness to products, mechanical principles, and curiosity about application cases.
Additional Information
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage program for committed bachelor graduates who want to pursue a master's degree. After completing the bachelor's degree, up to 12 months of practical experience are provided in the first phase to familiarize with technical and business contexts. The second phase includes the master's program, which is continued on a part-time basis. The program includes additional events and seminars as well as personal support on the way to successful completion.
