Help shape the future of voluntary engagement with us. As a team leader, you lead the Youth Red Cross of the SRK Canton Aargau, further develop projects, and motivate young people to participate. For our team, we are looking for a team leader Youth Red Cross (80-100%) starting immediately or by arrangement.
What you can achieve
Professional and personnel leadership of the Youth Red Cross Canton Aargau as well as support of a small team
Further development of concepts and projects – from idea to implementation
Responsibility for efficient processes, Red Cross principles, and budget
Organization and administration of programs
Active networking within the SRK and with external partners
Recruitment, training, and support of young volunteers
Planning, implementation, and evaluation of new offers
What you bring
(Technical) university degree in the social/pedagogical field or comparable education
First leadership experience, ideally in a professional or voluntary context
Experience in project management and concept work
Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style
Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend assignments
Confident appearance, strong presentation skills, and enjoyment in contact with young people
Dynamic, motivating personality
