• You take over the leadership of your team (10-12 employees), build trust, and support your people in their professional and personal development
• You actively tackle changes and take your team along on this journey
• Together with the specialists, you form the interface within the department and ensure that our processes run smoothly and customer-oriented
• You support your team by participating in daily business and plan optimal resource deployment
• You actively maintain relationships with other departments and specialist units

• You bring pronounced leadership skills and know how to motivate, empower, and inspire people
• You have several years of professional experience in banking, ideally in credit business
• You appreciate an open feedback culture and are someone who likes to take initiative
• You enjoy actively shaping change and seeing opportunities in transformation
• Clarity, decisiveness, and a touch of humor characterize you – even when things get hectic
