The Golf Sempach facilities are part of the European quality community «Leading Golf Courses». Golf Sempach is the largest golf resort in Switzerland with 2 x 18 Hole Championship Courses and the country's largest Indoor Performance Center, located in a spectacular scenic location, 3 km from the Sempach motorway exit. Around 50 employees work for over 1,200 members and many guests.For the care of our members and guests, we are looking for you for the 2026 season (from March) as:
Head of Secretariat 100%
Your passion is the care of our members and guests at the front? You enjoy the variety between co-organizing golf events and selling our high-quality golf products from our own shop? Then you are right with us.
Your tasks
- Reception, advice and care of our members and guests
- Organization and coordination of tournaments and events
- Management of the shop and support in purchasing
- Responsibility for the management of the secretariat
- Responsibility for the management of the Golf Academy
- Administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience
- Joy and experience in customer-oriented activities
- Good English and French skills as well as very good IT skills (MS Office)
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Flexible, resilient, team player, confident appearance and well-groomed appearance
