Your field of activity

• You work for an innovative and growth-oriented specialist clinic that is one of the leading eye clinics in Switzerland. The broad spectrum of an ophthalmological centre clinic offers you an attractive and modern field of work
• The focus of your activity is on personnel and operational management in cooperation with the OR management, as well as instrumenting all ophthalmological operations.

• You are committed to a high quality of performance in the OR and actively shape the further development of OR processes and promote a positive team culture

Your experience

• You have completed training as a specialist in surgical technology HF or as a nursing specialist HF with a surgical specialist qualification
• You have an interest and enjoyment in leadership, administration and organisation, as well as in microsurgery
• You work goal-oriented and can inspire people with your open and communicative manner towards goals
• You are characterised by high social competence, teamwork, enthusiasm and flexibility
