The Regional Social Service Baden operates regionally and is the central contact point for financial questions in the areas of social assistance, advance payment and collection of alimony, parental allowance, AHV, IV, EO, EL.

Your tasks
- Conducting counseling and clarification interviews in the area of social assistance
- Clarifications in the area of adult protection
- Independent and responsible management of social assistance files
- Planning and organizing social, linguistic, and professional integration measures
- Promoting the independence of clients
- Creating action plans, budgets, and calculations for benefit claims including clarifying benefits and claims of third parties (checking subsidiarity)
- Handling all administrative measures in the area of social assistance including file management
- Writing timely applications for the social commission
- Timely preparation of clarification reports in adult protection
- Participation in case controlling of the social commission and social commission meetings
- Close cooperation within the team and with management as well as with other authorities, institutions, and specialist offices
Your profile
- University of applied sciences degree in social work or equivalent qualification
- Advantage: training/experience in social assistance, preferably with administrative experience
- Very good organizational and administrative skills
- Confident German and ability to write and edit applications and reports
- High social competence, strong negotiation skills, and initiative
- Independent, structured, solution-oriented, and precise working style as well as networked thinking ability
- Confident appearance, good access to different stakeholders, and resilient personality
