Profile sought
- Internship of 6 - 12 months
- Start date to be defined
- Training in architecture, urban planning (HES / EPF) with an interest in real estate.
- Knowledge of urban planning regulations
- Knowledge of cantonal construction standards (GE/VD/FR)
- Strong operational and strategic skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Good knowledge of SIA standards
- Fluent French and minimum B2 level in English and/or German
Tasks and job requirements
- Participation in the identification and analysis of acquisition opportunities
- Market and location analyses
- Additional research related to specific topics as needed (e.g., data centers)
- Preparation of simple feasibility studies (calculations and sketches)
- Participation in the preparation of investment requests
- Participation in the preparation and support of real estate sales
- Support for data-based entry and management of acquisition projects
