We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead, Sales to join our dynamic team at Hitachi, Ltd. How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed individual and team quotas

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth

Monitor the sales pipeline, forecast results, and provide regular performance reports to management

Conduct one-on-one meetings to give feedback, identify training needs, and support professional development

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners to generate new business opportunities

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine strategies

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
