What you can achieve
- Scheduling and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and trainings
- Preparation of training rooms and ensuring smooth operations
- Accounting and invoicing
- Management and maintenance of the material warehouse, orders
- Updating and maintaining the online presence and informational materials
- Organization and support for meetings, events, and outreach activities
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in controlling, event management, or marketing
- Professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in a clinical, university, or educational environment
- Knowledge of accounting or planning tools as well as confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills and service orientation in dealing with different target groups
- Organizational talent with independent, reliable, and flexible working style
- Good English skills and experience with medical technology are advantageous
