Your Tasks – Shape More

Holistic and entrepreneurial leadership of the branches Dietikon, Schlieren, and Zurich-Altstetten with two teams and 15 employees in the "Wealthy Private Clients" segment
Positioning and representation of the branches internally and externally, anchoring the brand Zurich Cantonal Bank in the local market
Development and management of resources, processes, and tools in line with the market area and the group
Further development of employees based on performance and development
Promotion of a strong team culture as well as cross-departmental collaboration and market engagement
Actively driving customer development and leading the branch into the future with new digital sales opportunities

Your Profile – Bring More

Several years of banking and sales experience combined with leadership and support experience
Further education (University, FH, HF) as well as targeted training
Strong affinity for sales topics and implementation of structured sales management
Solid analytical, planning, and organizational skills
Excellence and passion in customer service, stakeholder management, and the necessary sensitivity as well as a strong presence to discuss with various contacts on an equal footing
