Your tasks

• Participation in operational daily business
• Support in applicant management
• Review of application dossiers
• Contacting applicants
• Coordination and organization of appointments
• Ensuring complete documentation
• Support in the onboarding process
• Issuing contracts
• HR administrative tasks
• Taking on initial responsibility in HR projects
• Insight into the public transport sector

Your profile

• Currently studying (HF, FH, University) or already graduated
• Possibly first work or internship experiences
• Enthusiasm for public transport
• Customer-oriented behavior
• Expressive and good German skills in spoken and written form
• Precise working method
• Responsible, independent action
