Occupational Therapist M/F 30 to 50%
Your mission
Within the occupational therapy department, you will have the opportunity to utilize and develop your skills in one or more areas of intervention.
Upper limb rehabilitation: You ensure the making of splints and all stages of patient rehabilitation who consult following trauma. You collaborate interdisciplinarily throughout the care process.
Developmental disorders in pediatrics: You perform assessments using standardized evaluation tools, determine treatment objectives, and plan individual care. You collaborate interdisciplinarily with various stakeholders and participate in the necessary networks for the child's follow-up.
Elderly people: You support patients hospitalized in acute care or rehabilitation to acquire the autonomy necessary for their return home, resumption of productive and leisure activities, by implementing the strategies and adaptations needed for their realization.
You have the possibility to provide ergonomic advice, intervene at home or in school settings, and set up group care with your colleagues.
You wish to actively participate in the development of the service's offerings.
You are committed to providing caring and quality follow-up within the framework of treatments.
Your assets
• Diploma in occupational therapy HES or equivalent recognized title
• Autonomy, versatility, proactivity, sense of responsibility, and organizational efficiency
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication sense
• Strong interest in teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Mastery of spoken and written French and ease with computer tools.
