As a Business Portfolio Manager, you take responsibility for the topics DevOps, IT Service Management, and Digital Workplace. In doing so, you shape how we collaborate, develop, and communicate – today and in the future.
Your tasks
- Developing and managing our portfolio for DevOps, Integration, and Digital Workplace – from strategic development to operational implementation
- Prioritizing initiatives, developing goal-oriented concepts, and ensuring that investments create sustainable added value
- Managing the interaction between business, IT, and external partners to continuously improve the digital work and development environment
- Ensuring transparency regarding budget, roadmap, progress, and benefits
- Representing portfolio topics in strategic boards and acting as a link between business units and the IT organization
- Promoting innovations in the areas of DevOps automation and digital collaboration tools
Your profile
- Completed studies in business, computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in portfolio/program management or product responsibility related to DevOps, IT Service Management, or Digital Workplace
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern collaboration and workplace solutions (M365, Teams, SharePoint, endpoint management)
- Experience with agile working methods (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum) and working with cross-functional teams
- Economic thinking, willingness to shape, and a sense for trends in digital collaboration and developer experience
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
