For our Special Foundations department, we are looking for you as our new Senior Project Manager Special Foundation Engineering (m/f/d) 80-100%. Your future place of employment will be in Opfikon.

What you will do

• Overall responsibility for the planning, control, and implementation of complex special foundation projects
• Leadership and coordination of internal and external project teams (including site management, foremen, subcontractors)
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs
• Strategic preliminary work planning, resource planning, and deployment
• Contract and change order management including negotiations with clients and partners
• Interface management with other trades and project participants
• Implementation and further development of project controlling

Why you will succeed

• Completed education in construction (e.g., civil engineer, certified construction manager) – ideally with further training in project management
• Several years of professional experience in project management in special foundation engineering
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP/R3, and project management tools
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility, and strong communication skills
• Resilient, structured, and solution-oriented personality with a strong customer focus
