What you achieve:
- Professional support in case discussions for the recoding of outpatient and inpatient cases for the billing team as well as coding of foreign cases
- Collaboration in the further development of formal and medical review systems including rule maintenance and medical controlling
- Support of interdisciplinary projects for continuous process optimizations
- Conducting training sessions and presentations
- Participation in various committees
Why you succeed:
- In addition to a successfully completed federal specialist certificate as a medical coder, you bring a proven IT affinity and ideally already have experience with a health or social insurance company
- You possess a high degree of initiative, customer orientation, and teamwork skills; your analytical and conceptual abilities complete your profile
- You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing; French is a plus
