Senior Commercial Property Manager (m/f/d)

This is what you move:
You enjoy your work in property management but prefer little to no tenant contact, flexible working hours, and no on-site appointments? Then you are in the right place with us:
- You take on the active commercial management of an attractive real estate portfolio of residential, commercial properties, and shopping centers
- Independent handling of, for example, recording terminations, contracts, and amendments in cooperation with the technical property managers
- Preparation/sending of rent adjustments or other unilateral contract changes
- Reviewing, validating, and entering budgets, budget forecasts, and market rents
- As part of your duties, you independently take over the control, approval, and onward charging of creditor invoices, as well as the preparation of debtor invoices and credit notes
- Performing and reviewing valuations and accruals of accounts at closing date / maintenance and review of postings in the balance sheet/income statement
- Implementation of various postings in property accounting as well as clearing of tenant and other debtor accounts
- You are responsible for debtor control (open items), dunning and debt collection including recording and maintenance of legal case reporting
- You gladly maintain oral and written contact with third-party administrations or technical property managers as well as owners and tenants

- You have many years of professional experience in property management
- Further training in the real estate sector (Federal Diploma in Property Management) is an advantage
- A high service orientation and ability to cooperate characterize you
