About the job

You will participate in the realization of research projects and mandates in user-centered product design.

Directly reporting to the group leader, you will conduct field observations, interviews, and user tests (user research), and you will formalize user needs (e.g., personas, user journey maps). You will perform digital mockups and prototyping (wireframing, UX/UI, tools: Figma, Illustrator / Photoshop) and develop communication tools and promote projects of the skills group (e.g., websites, print, videos). You may also occasionally be involved in teaching.

Your profile

Junior engineer in user-centered product design. Skills in ergonomic design, ergonomics and interface design (user experience/UX, UI), digital mockups and prototyping (wireframing, UI). Skills and interest in the industrial and mechanical fields are a plus.

Specific required skills: analytical and creative mind, communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, willingness to develop skills through various application fields (e.g., industrial HMIs, consumer products and UX/UI, medical devices, UX/UI of business applications).
