About the job
Our research centers Tourism and Transport, Public Management and Governance, Aerospace and Regional Science make an important contribution to international research with innovative, scientifically based approaches, methods, and concepts, as well as to economic and social development. Together with our partners, we seek promising business practices and sustainable decision-making foundations for leaders in private and public organizations and enterprises.
Your tasks
As an organizational hub, you ensure that our continuing education program runs smoothly from administration through course delivery to marketing.
- You support the academic management of an executive education (Certificate of Advanced Studies) in administrative and organizational matters.
- You independently manage the participants (admission, invoicing, answering inquiries).
- You organize infrastructure and catering (selection and reservation of conference venues, on-site preparation for individual modules).
- You accompany the continuing education organizationally and ensure a smooth process, from preparing teaching materials to supporting module planning, on-site supervision, and certification.
- You coordinate external lecturers in organizational matters and handle remuneration.
- You support marketing activities and contribute to the further development of the program.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or university degree
- High service orientation in contact with interested parties, participants, and lecturers
- Experience in organizing and conducting continuing education, ideally complemented by personal participation in such a program
- Ability to think conceptually and strong implementation skills
- Very good IT skills, especially in maintaining websites, learning platforms, and administration systems
- Independent, careful, and flexible working style
