With consistent, digital processes and the continuous development of our SAP systems, we create efficiency and transparency. Time ensures uniform and compliant time and expense recording.
Your tasks
- Active participation in the area of time management and expense management (mutations, monthly closings, configuration adjustments) in the time recording system (Time)
- Support and assistance in the daily use of SAP
- Participation in the processing of accounts payable
- Technical support for daily inquiries from the line
- Handling of mail processing within the finance department
- Taking over daily administrative tasks according to supervisors' instructions
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Proven experience in finance and flair for numbers and IT
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Responsible, team-oriented personality who brings great independence and high flexibility
