The Glas Trösch AG HY-TECH-GLASS in Bützberg is one of the specialists within our group for the production of complex glass products of the highest quality. The centerpiece of the operation is a magnetron sputtering system. With plasma coatings, demetallized and mirrored layers are produced - glass solutions for technical applications and the automotive sector.
To ensure the smooth operation of our production, we are looking for a
Operator / Deputy Shift Leader 3-Shift 100% (m/f/d)
as soon as possible. Your mission is exciting, challenging, and diverse!In our plant in Bützberg, you are part of a team that is among the best in the industry. You take on responsibility and continuously develop yourself.
Your tasks include:
- Control and maintenance of our state-of-the-art glass coating system and peripheral systems to ensure first-class products
- Responsibility for quality: You operate measuring devices and accurately record data in various programs to ensure our quality standard is always met
- Shift leadership on your own: As the deputy shift leader, you lead the team and ensure a smooth operation in their absence
- Efficient production assurance: You ensure that all raw materials, materials, and aids are always in the right place at the right time
- Maintenance at the highest level: You take care of the maintenance and repair of our machines to keep the operation running

- Completed technical training or comparable qualification is an advantage, ideally in a craft or industrial field
- Practical experience in machine or plant engineering
