The Echaud Foundation welcomes 70 adults with multiple disabilities or medically recognized severe cerebral palsy, often also presenting various additional disorders and deficiencies.
To complete our team of therapists at the Cugy residential facility, we are looking for, from April 1, 2026, or by agreement:
- Work within a team of dynamic therapists (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapist, and art therapist), with a large degree of autonomy.
- Create and produce adapted auxiliary aids.
- Submit AI requests for auxiliary aids.
- Conduct therapies in the therapy room and in living groups.
- Work collaboratively and be attentive to the educational teams supporting the beneficiaries.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and monitoring of therapeutic programs and educational projects for the beneficiaries.
- Participate in beneficiary support review meetings.
- Organize beneficiaries' orthopedic appointments.
- Collaborate with families and legal representatives.
- Maintain and update therapeutic files of beneficiaries.
- Collaborate with external partners.
The Profile:
- Degree in occupational therapy or a title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
- Be sensitive to multiple disabilities.
- Interest in integrating and engaging in a concept of integrated therapies.
- Ease in teamwork, organization, and reliability.
- Good computer skills.
